Shipping rates

United Kingdom: £3.99 standard delivery. Free standard delivery on orders of £60 or more.

EU: £14.99 and other international destinations: £23.99, where available at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders from our UK-stock range normally take 1–4 working days to process, followed by an estimated 2–5 working days for UK delivery.

Other products normally take 1–3 business days to process, followed by an estimated 7–21 business days for UK delivery. Check the product page for the applicable estimate. International delivery, where available, is estimated at 10–30 business days after dispatch.

These estimates are not guaranteed and can vary with courier delays, customs, weather and demand.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking information will be provided where available after dispatch. Orders may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers or warehouses.

Delivery problems

Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, lost or damaged. If it has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate. This does not limit your statutory rights.
