We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@navorrae.com. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Sale items may not be eligible for return.
• Personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
• Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery and should include photographic evidence where possible.
